M. Quiñones Fernández, MSCE, PE is a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 12 years of experience in civil and structural engineering. She holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a structural engineering concentration from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez.
Throughout her career, she has worked on a wide range of projects involving structural analysis and design, condition assessments, rehabilitation of existing structures, site development, and permitting support. Her experience spans both public and private sector projects, providing practical solutions that balance technical requirements, constructability, and project goals.
